Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Shipley is seeking experienced FLT drivers to join a friendly, well-established team in a long-term ongoing role with rotating day and night shifts.

You will have the opportunity to expand your skills across multiple truck types while enjoying great facilities and a supportive working environment. The role offers 37 hours per week, with day rate £14.32 per hour and night rate £15.40 per hour, along with on-site parking and a subsidised canteen.

Qualifications

• Valid external FLT licence (Counterbalance) – essential.
• Willingness to complete in-house refresher training.
• Positive, can-do attitude and flexibility.
• Comfortable with manual handling when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT trucks on rotating day/night shifts.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate pallet and inventory records per shift.
• Follow health & safety policies and report any incidents promptly.

Long-Term Opportunity | Rotating Shifts or Nights | Immediate Start
We're looking for an experienced FLT Drivers to join a friendly, well-established team in Shipley. This is a long-term ongoing role offering great stability, excellent facilities, and the chance to expand your skills across multiple truck types.

Pay & Hours

• £14.32 per hour (Days)
• £15.40 per hour (Night rate)
• 37 hours per week (paid)
• Monday to Friday - Rotating Shifts:Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pmWeek 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Morning Shift: 6:00am - 11:00am
• Afternoon Shift: 11:00am - 4:00pm

Nights are Monday to Thursday 22.00 - 06.00 and Fridays 16.00 - 21.00

What We're Looking For
