Job summary

Aspired Talent Ltd is recruiting for an Accredited FLT Counterbalance Driver at our client site in Trafford Park. The role offers long-term work with weekly pay and full training provided.

You will operate a 4-fork Counterbalance forklift to feed paper reels, support production, and perform daily safety checks while following strict health and safety procedures. This is a rotating 4 on, 6 off shift pattern with an attendance-related bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid accredited FLT Counterbalance licence is required.
• In-house FLT licences cannot be accepted.
• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience preferred.
• Able to work 4 on, 6 off rotating shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently.
• Feed large paper reels and bales into production lines.
• Use a 4-fork Counterbalance forklift to move heavy loads.

Aspired Talent is recruiting for an Accredited FLT Counterbalance Driver to join one of our exclusive key clients in Trafford Park.

Shift Pattern

You must be able to work a 4 on, 6 off rotating shift pattern:

• 2 x Days, 6:30am - 6.30pm
• 2 x Nights 6:30pm - 6.30am
• Followed by 6 days off

This shift pattern offers an excellent work-life balance while providing consistent, ongoing work.

The Role

Working within a busy paper manufacturing environment, your duties will include:

• Operating an FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
• Feeding large paper reels and bales into production lines
• Using a 4-fork Counterbalance forklift to manoeuvre large paper bales
• Supporting production operations
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a reliable and professional team

Full training will be provided on the site processes and specialist equipment.
