Job summary

The Best Connection is currently recruiting experienced FLT Reach & Counterbalance Drivers for a well‑established client in the Meadowhall area of Sheffield.

This temporary‑to‑permanent role involves unloading lorries with a Counterbalance forklift, moving stock with a Reach Truck, and maintaining a safe, tidy warehouse. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 6:00–2:00 or 2:00–10:00, with weekly pay and £14.35 per hour on the Day shift.

Qualifications

• RTITB licences required for Reach and Counterbalance
• Experience operating Reach and Counterbalance FLTs
• Strong understanding of warehouse health & safety practices
• Checkable work references

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance forklift to unload lorries
• Use Reach Truck to move and store stock

FLT Reach & Counterbalance Drivers for one of our well-established clients based in the

Meadowhall area of Sheffield.

This is an excellent

temporary-to-permanent opportunity for reliable and motivated candidates looking to secure long-term employment with a growing business.

Duties Will Include:

• Operating a

Counterbalance Forklift Truck to unload lorries safely and efficiently.

• Using a

Reach Truck to move and store stock in designated warehouse locations.

• Picking and handling heavy items using a Reach Truck.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
• Following all company health and safety procedures at all times.

Working Hours:

Choose from one of the following shifts:

Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Pay Rates:

Day Shift: £14.35 per hour

Afternoon Shift: £14.35 per hour +

Requirements:

• Valid

RTITB Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences.

• Previous experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance FLTs.
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.
• Checkable work references.
