Job summary

Pennine Recruitment are recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a client in the S9 Meadowhall area of Sheffield on a full-time, temporary basis. The role involves loading/unloading, stocking, packing and dispatch to ensure efficient handling and high quality standards.

You will hold a counterbalance and reach truck licence and work the 5:00am–1:30pm shift, with a strong emphasis on safety, hygiene and accuracy in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance and reach truck licences are required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse is desirable.
• Able to work flexible hours and adapt to duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Receiving, checking, and storing stock.
• Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch.

Pennine Recruitment (acting as an employment business) are delighted to be recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join our client in the S9 (Meadowhall train station) area of Sheffield on a full time, temporary ongoing basis.

This role involves a variety of general warehouse duties to ensure the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. This role requires both, a counterbalance licence and a reach truck licence.

The working hours are 5:00am- 13:30pm

Key responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Receiving, checking, and storing stock.
• Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic warehouse environment.
• Carrying out stock rotation and inventory checks.
• Operating pallet trucks and other warehouse equipment
