Candidate should have 15+ years of experience with IT and 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS, along with good knowledge of designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

• Implementation and support experience from medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals.

• Ability to understand clients' business environments and map requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives when necessary.

Required Skills include:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock Customer IAM (CIAM), Identity Manager (IDM), Access Manager (AM), Directory Services (DS).
• Experience with LDAP concepts and working with directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience in upgrading and migrating ForgeRock components.
• Knowledge of deploying ForgeRock in high availability and clustering environments.
• Hands-on experience with setting up ForgeRock components, web services, customization, and extension of functionalities.
• Integration experience with reporting platforms, backend systems, and cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Ability to develop backup and restore plans, create account templates, and understand integration with systems like AD, Exchange, HR systems, and Linux.
• Development experience with user journeys, workflows, forms, and IDM components.
• Good understanding of Java/J2EE, XML, and performance testing.
• Knowledge of GCP, LDAP-based authentication, data modeling, and design documentation.
• Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, RDBMS (Oracle, Postgres), Microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud functions.
