• Implementation and support experience for medium to large-scale customers across various industry verticals.

• Ability to understand clients' business environments and map requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives when required.

Required Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS.
• Experience with LDAP concepts and directories like Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience in upgrading and migrating ForgeRock components.
• Knowledge of deployment in high availability environments, clustering, and component setup.
• Exposure to web services, client development, and LDAP schema customization.
• Development experience with ForgeRock SDK, connector development, and resource configuration.
• Integration experience with reporting platforms, backend systems, and cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, XML, performance testing, and authentication protocols.
• GCP experience is mandatory.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing exposure.
• CISSP certification is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel.
