We are seeking a candidate with 15+ years of IT experience, including 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. The candidate should have experience in designing, analysis, and architecture planning.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and support experience for medium to large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
• Active participation in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
• Understanding clients' business environments and mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 15+ years of IT experience with significant IAM expertise.
• Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.

Technical Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS.
• Experience with LDAP concepts, Active Directory, and directory services.
• Knowledge of deployment in high-availability environments, clustering, and cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock components, web services, customization, connector development, and integration with backend systems.
• Proficiency in Java, XML, web development, databases (Oracle, Postgres), and cloud platforms (GCP).
• Understanding of authentication protocols, OAuth, MTLS, and certificates.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
• Customer-facing exposure.
• CISSP certification is advantageous.
• Open to travel.
