We are seeking a candidate with 15+ years of experience in IT, including 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. The role involves designing, analyzing, and planning architecture for IAM solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementation and support experience with medium to large-scale customers across various industries.
• Active participation in project execution, demonstrating strong technical skills.
• Understanding clients' business environments and mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives when needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Self-starter with strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.

Required Skills:

• Implementation and support of ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS.
• Experience with LDAP concepts and directories such as Active Directory and ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Experience with upgrading and migrating ForgeRock components.
• Knowledge of deployment in high availability environments and clustering.
• Hands-on setup of ForgeRock components.
• Exposure to Webservices (SOAP, Rest, JSON) and client development.
• Customization and extension of ForgeRock components and LDAP schemas.
• Development experience with connector Xpress/Java connector server and SDK.
• Creating and managing business logic, user journeys, workflows, and IDM components.
• Integration experience with reporting platforms, backend systems, and cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE, XML, and performance testing.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate globally.
• Mandatory GCP experience, including GKE, Cloud Functions, GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataflow.
• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory authentication, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, RDBMS (Oracle, Postgres), Microservices, Kubernetes.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
• Strong communication skills, customer-facing experience, CISSP certification (preferred), open to travel.
