Job summary

BSW Group is seeking a dynamic forestry professional to develop new business opportunities, build extended networks, and nurture client relationships across Wales. You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver complex forestry projects and drive growth in the forestry business.

The role requires a degree in Forestry or Countryside Management, strong knowledge of the UK forestry sector, project management experience, and a proven ability to develop sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Forestry/ Countryside Management or closely related land-based sector.
• Good knowledge of the UK forestry sector including grants and funding opportunities.
• Experience in project management and self-management.
• Aptitude and enthusiasm for business and sales development.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Professional membership of the Institute of Chartered Foresters or related body desirable.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.
