Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supporting children during Forest School and outdoor learning sessions.
• Helping pupils take part in practical, creative and nature‑based activities.
• Encouraging children to explore their surroundings and develop confidence outdoors.
• Supporting pupils with their learning, communication and social development.
• Helping children develop independence, resilience and teamwork skills.
• Assisting with activities such as nature exploration, outdoor games, practical tasks and creative projects.
• Supporting the Forest School team with setting up and clearing away activities.
• Helping maintain a safe, positive and engaging outdoor environment.
• Building positive relationships with children and encouraging them to get involved.
• Supporting pupils who may require additional help or encouragement.
