John Taylor High School is seeking a dedicated Forest School Leader and Inclusion Support Assistant to inspire outdoor learning across our curriculum. You will deliver engaging outdoor activities, support learners in the classroom, and help create a safe, stimulating forest environment.

We value passion for nature-led education and a commitment to inclusion, with at least one year of post-qualification experience and numeracy/literacy skills at GCSE grade C or higher.

Qualifications

• Forest School L3 qualification required.
• At least one year post-qualification experience with children.
• Genuine passion for helping young children learn through nature and exploration.
• Numeracy and literacy at GCSE grade C or above.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and support outdoor learning and classroom support.
• Create an engaging, safe and inspiring outdoor environment; manage forest school area and resources.
