Job summary

Southfield School is seeking a Forest School Leader to deliver a high-quality outdoor learning programme for SEN pupils. You will lead engaging sessions that promote teamwork, communication and confidence, and you should be happy to work in all weather conditions.

The role involves running the Forest School from its opening and contributing to a positive, supportive school environment that values training and staff development.

Qualifications

Forest School Level 3 qualification preferred.
Experience delivering outdoor learning sessions.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
