Job summary

Flexzo Teach is seeking Forest School Leaders to connect with local schools through a direct booking platform. This role offers flexible schedules, short-term, long-term and permanent opportunities, and the chance to work across multiple settings in the Forest School context.

You will deliver planned outdoor learning, promote inclusive practice, and ensure high health and safety standards. Requirements include QTS or equivalent, Forest School Leader Level 3, DBS, and experience with SEMH/SEND

• Right to work in the UK.
• Forest School Leadership qualifications or equivalent.

What you need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Right to work in the UK
• DBS or willingness to obtain
• Certification in Forest School Leadership or equivalent qualifications
• Experience working with children in outdoor education or nature-based learning environments.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices in outdoor settings.
• 2-5 years of experience in forest school leadership.
• Experience and training working with children with SEMH/SEND needs
• Forest School Leader Level 3 Qualification
• Experience demonstrating compassion, creativity, vigilance, patience, and resilience
