Forestry England is seeking a Forest Planning Skills and Capability Lead to develop and lead a national Trainee Forest Planner programme, while providing technical leadership and championing best practices in forest planning. The role involves coordinating capability development, supporting continuous improvement, and travelling across England to engage with teams.

You will help recruit and develop the next generation of forest planners and work with colleagues to embed advanced planning
