Forest Holidays Group Limited is seeking a Facilities Assistant to maintain cabins at Blackwood Forest (Hampshire). This full-time role is 40 hours per week, paying £12.71 per hour, with a strong focus on guest service and cabin presentation across Forest Holidays’ stunning locations.

You will perform general maintenance, basic decorating and respond promptly to issues while upholding brand standards and the Forest Feeling in every cabin.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance and repair tasks in cabins.
• Ability to use simple tools for decorating and upkeep.
• Willingness to work outdoors in a forest setting.
• Good communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and repair work to keep cabins in good order and presentable.
• Complete basic decorating and upkeep tasks to maintain high cabin appearance.
• Respond quickly to maintenance issues and resolve them with basic tools.
• Pay attention to detail and complete daily tasks on time.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow brand standards.
