Job summary

SAMH is recruiting a Team Leader for our West Lothian Forensic Service to oversee a dedicated support team across homes and community settings. This full-time role (37.5 hours) requires strong leadership and collaboration with NHS, Social Work and criminal justice partners to focus on person-centred outcomes.

You will coordinate care plans, supervise staff, ensure quality assurance and data recording, and lead service development while maintaining Care Inspectorate standards.

Qualifications

• SVQ 3 or 4 required.
• Experience managing and supervising staff.
• Knowledge of Care Inspectorate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to deliver safe, effective support.
• Coordinate care plans and review service user support.
• Mentor staff and liaise with NHS, Social Work and criminal justice partners.
• Ensure accurate data recording and Quality Assurance.
