Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Good Lives Practitioner to join the Thames Valley Integrated OPD Pathway Service. You will support psychosocial interventions under clinician supervision and help build recovery-focused, multidisciplinary care plans.

The role requires collaboration with Probation Services and other agencies, with travel across the Thames Valley. You will contribute to governance, data reporting, and continuous CPD opportunities within a dynamic clinical team.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with difficult to engage populations, particularly individuals with interpersonal difficulties and/or personality disorders.
• Experience of multi-disciplinary working and developing professional relationships with external partner agencies.
• High level communication skills in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Support identification of referrals to the service through suitability consultations with HMPPS staff.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate psychosocial interventions in collaboration with professionals.
• Maintain caseload across multiple sites and travel within the Thames Valley region.
• Encourage service users to engage with the service and develop skills.
• Work with partner agencies to ensure a coordinated risk management approach.
