Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychological input to the pan-London ICPS and OPD pathway for probation cases with complex personality difficulties and high risk of harm.
• Contribute to Core-OM consultation/liaison and group formulation meetings; promote workforce development and multiagency collaboration.
• Undertake comprehensive assessments, risk management planning, and supervision of junior clinical staff; apply risk assessment and desistance literature.
• Engage in research activities to inform service development and delivery; travel across London to other settings as required.
