About the Role
Sodexo Justice Services is looking for a motivated and committed Forensic Psychologist in Training (FPiT) to join the psychology team at HMP Addiewell.
Working alongside a Sodexo-employed Practitioner Psychologist and under the supervision of an on-site PSUK Consultant Psychologist, you will develop your professional skills within a supportive, structured and multidisciplinary environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring forensic psychologist to gain valuable experience within a custodial setting while progressing towards professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
You will contribute to the delivery of evidence-based psychological interventions, offending‑behaviour programmes, assessments and rehabilitation planning. You will also work closely with colleagues across the prison to support effective risk management and positive outcomes for individuals in custody.
