Job summary

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Specialist Forensic or Clinical Psychologist to support the new Secure Children’s Home at Millenium Lodge. The role focuses on psychological formulations, individual and group interventions, and staff training within a multidisciplinary team.

You will work under professional guidelines, supervise trainees, and contribute to service development and audit activities for children aged 10–18 in a secure setting.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience required: 12–18 months.
• Specialist forensic or clinical psychology expertise.
• Ability to work in a secure setting with children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead on psychological formulations and risk assessments.
• Deliver individual and group psychology interventions for young people.
• Provide supervision and training to staff and trainees.
• Collaborate with Local Authority and multidisciplinary teams to support care plans.
