Excellent writing and casework experience, sample reports or expert witness work, and the ability to defend conclusions in documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying substances and precursors in casework.
• Ability to articulate a clear written rationale for each judgment.
• Experience writing reports or expert testimony is a strong signal.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts across benign, dual-use, and adversarial categories.
• Evaluate model responses against a policy standard.
• Produce reference answers and technical reasoning.
