Job summary

Eurofins Forensic Services (EFS) is the largest forensic service provider in the UK and Europe, offering a wide portfolio of analytical testing to ensure safety and authenticity. This role supports casework teams with accurate administration, exhibits data entry, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

The position is full-time at 37.5 hours per week with core hours 8:00am–6:00pm and a rota of 9:30am–5:30pm roughly one week every four.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work.
• A consistently accurate and detail-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete submission and casework administration activities.
• Accurately enter exhibit information into the case management system.
• Support scientists and wider casework teams with operational requirements.
• Undertake general office duties, including filing and invoicing.
• Help maintain laboratory stocks and appropriate working areas.
• Welcome visitors and respond professionally to customer enquiries.
• Complete assigned activities within agreed quality standards and performance measures.
• Contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement activity.
