Job summary

Eurofins Forensic Services in Warrington is seeking a customer-focused administration assistant to support casework teams and ensure accurate, timely submission and documentation.

You will handle exhibit data entry, general office duties, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining high quality standards. The role offers a 37.5-hour week with core hours and a rota-based afternoon shift.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work.
• A consistently accurate and detail-focused approach.
• Ability to maintain concentration while handling detailed information.
• A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach.
• A minimum of five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including English and Mathematics.
• Reliable, patient and determined.
• Professional and confident when communicating by telephone.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete submission and casework administration activities.
• Accurately enter exhibit information into the case management system.
• Support scientists and wider casework teams with operational requirements.
• Undertake general office duties, including filing and invoicing.
• Help maintain laboratory stocks and appropriate working areas.
• Welcome visitors and respond professionally to customer enquiries.
• Complete assigned activities within agreed quality standards and performance measures.
• Contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement activity.
