Job description

Job Opportunity: Forensic Accountant

Join a rapidly developing Claims Preparation Division of a leading broker, as we seek to strengthen our technical expertise through the appointment of a second Forensic Accountant. This role will work alongside another accountant and support our national team of Claims Consultants.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Handling a diverse portfolio of commercial losses, generally exceeding £500,000, across SME to mid-corporate claims. These will vary in size and complexity, offering rewarding challenges.
  2. Collaborating with a team of experienced Claims Preparation Consultants to develop your expertise and knowledge.

Candidate requirements:

  • Essentially ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Experience in forensic accounting, whether with a traditional accounting firm, loss adjusting practice, or insurance broker.

The position is open to candidates anywhere within the UK, with ideal locations being Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, or London, as the role requires national coverage.

Compensation package includes a basic salary of up to £75,000, discretionary bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
