Job description

Job Opportunity: Forensic Accountant

Join a rapidly developing Claims Preparation Division of a leading broker, seeking to strengthen its technical expertise through the appointment of a second Forensic Accountant. You will work alongside another accountant and support a national team of Claims Consultants.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle a diverse portfolio of commercial losses, typically exceeding £500,000, covering SME to mid-corporate claims. These will vary in size and complexity, providing rewarding professional challenges.
  2. Collaborate with a team of experienced Claims Preparation Consultants to develop your expertise and knowledge in forensic accounting.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Essentially ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Some experience in forensic accounting, whether with a traditional accounting firm, loss adjusting practice, or insurance broker.

Location: Candidates can be anywhere within the UK, with preferred locations including Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, or London, due to the national coverage of the role.

Compensation: Basic salary up to £75,000 plus discretionary bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
