Job description

Job Opportunity: Forensic Accountant

Join a rapidly developing Claims Preparation Division of a leading broker, seeking to strengthen its technical expertise through the appointment of a second Forensic Accountant. This role will work alongside another accountant and support the national team of Claims Consultants.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Handling a diverse portfolio of commercial losses, generally exceeding £500,000, for a range of SME to mid-corporate claims. These will vary in size and complexity, providing a rewarding professional challenge.
  2. Collaborating with a team of experienced Claims Preparation Consultants to develop your expertise and knowledge.

Candidate requirements:

  • Essentially ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Some experience in forensic accounting, whether with a traditional accounting firm, a loss adjusting practice, or an insurance broker.

The position is open to candidates anywhere within the UK, with a preference for those based in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, or London, as the role requires national coverage.

The package includes a basic salary of up to £75,000, discretionary bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
