GrowFactor, a global accountancy firm, is seeking a qualified Senior Accountant with UAE tax experience for a remote role based in Dubai, working with clients in Northampton.

About the Role:

You will provide strategic financial advice to business owners, focusing on financial mastery, tax minimization, and strategic planning. Responsibilities include:

• Developing strategic plans aligned with business goals.
• Reviewing financial performance and providing insights.
• Delivering CFO-level consulting.
• Creating tax strategies for clients.

The role emphasizes proactive advisory services, with some compliance work (about 15%). Your main focus (50%) will be CFO consulting and tax planning, with additional responsibilities in team training (20%) and client communication (15%). Support is provided by a dedicated Client Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CFO consulting sessions and advisory meetings.
• Assist in strategic goal setting.
• Collaborate on strategy and client development within the owner-managed business niche.
• Provide high-level accounting and tax advice with specialist support.
• Review compliance documents, tax returns, and financial statements.
• Conduct tax reviews for personal and business clients.
• Coach offshore accounting team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development through networking and referrals.

About You:

You are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) passionate about helping businesses thrive, with:

Qualifications:

• Full ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification or equivalent.
