NEOS Engineering is recruiting an experienced Foreman for the Lower Thames Crossing project in the UK. The role focuses on hands-on leadership of earthworks teams, coordinating plant and materials to maximise productivity while upholding safety and quality standards.
You will work closely with the Works Manager, Eng team and Supervisors to plan and deliver activities in line with the project programme, ensuring resource availability and compliance with SOPs and client requirements.

NEOS Engineering are currently recruiting for an experienced Foreman to join an established engineering contractor delivering major bulk earthworks on the Lower Thames Crossing project.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Earthworks Foreman / Site Foreman to take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of works across their section of this major infrastructure project.
You'll provide hands-on leadership to site teams, coordinating people, plant and materials to maximise productivity while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
As Foreman, you'll be a key point of contact on site, working closely with the Works Manager, Engineering team and Supervisors to plan and deliver earthworks activities in line with the project programme.
You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards across health & safety, quality, productivity and environmental compliance, while ensuring your teams have the resources and support required to deliver.
