Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our civil engineering team on a busy site delivering groundworks, drainage and earthworks across a major project. You will supervise daily activities, read drawings and ensure work is performed to safety and quality standards on site.

You will organise labour, plant and materials, coordinate with Site Manager and subcontractors, lead a site team, and carry out daily briefings.

Qualifications

• Experience as Groundworks Foreman on civil engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of drainage, earthworks and groundworks operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate site teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Valid CSCS card (Supervisor/Manager level preferred).
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• First Aid at Work certificate (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
