Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking a hands-on Foreman for a major civil engineering project in Bristol. You will drive operational elements of a 55M package, with responsibilities across roads, highways, 278 works and ducting, ensuring safe, on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds relevant degree-level qualifications plus SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, and will be based across the Bristol site with strong leadership on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a foreman on major civil engineering projects.
• Knowledge of roads, highways, 278 works and ducting.
• Degree-level qualification with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on-site operational elements of a 55M package.
• Be hands-on and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams across Bristol project site.

Job description

A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Foreman with immediate effect.

The successful candidate will be based across a large new build major project in Bristol. The end product will consist of a landscaped campus and European headquarters.

Your new company are an established Civil Engineering business, that have specialised in Roads, Bridges, Sporting Facilities, Airfields, Public Realm, and Infrastructure schemes for over 20 years.

My client are looking for a hands on Foreman, capable of driving Operational elements of a 55M package. Previous experience across Roads, Highways, 278 Works, and Ducting would be required. Relevant Degree level Qualifications, SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS would be essential.
