Description:
You will join Benchmark’s global Forecasting & Consultancy division, with responsibility for undertaking battery chemicals research. A significant part of the role will be establishing networks with the global battery chemicals industry, undertaking primary and desk-based research to understand supply and demand across supply chains.
As part of Benchmark’s analyst team, you will be responsible for producing Benchmark’s quarterly reports. In addition, you will support our consultancy assignments, working on bespoke advisory projects for a cross section of industry stakeholders, including leading mining companies, OEMs, financial and government organisations.
It is key that you are a motivated individual with an eagerness to understand the global energy storage and electric vehicle supply chain and are driven to learn more and extend the company knowledge and product base.
As part of your role, you will be given the opportunity to travel the world, become a recognised global authority on the topics you cover, interact with senior management from leading companies in the supply chain, and regularly speak to and be quoted by various media organisations. In your role you will directly report to Product Director – Graphite and Battery chemicals.
