• Act as the subject matter expert for family liaison within the force supporting training delivery.
• Maintain a register of deployable FLOs and FLAs, ensuring readiness and capability across departments.
• Oversee the selection, deployment, supervision, and withdrawal of FLOs and FLAs in line with APP and force policy.
• Provide strategic advice to SIOs and departmental FLCs on complex or high-profile deployments.
• Coordinate cross-border deployments, mass fatality responses and deaths abroad in liaison with national partners.
