With 5+ years in footwear molding, you will analyze technical schematics and 3D assets, work independently on multiple projects, and contribute to a fast‑paced development team in a globally expanding company.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in molding and tooling for footwear.
• Extensive knowledge of the molding process, equipment, materials, and tooling.
• Ability to analyze and comprehend technical schematics, drafts, and 3D assets.
• Ability to work independently under deadlines on multiple projects.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; English fluency required; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage tooling engineering for next‑level On lightspray products and inline-range creation.
• Collaborate with developers and product engineers to link uppers to tooling execution.
• Integrate sole material innovations into tooling creation and manufacturing.
• Ensure accuracy and aesthetics of tooling models with external partners.
• Lead sole grading to ensure consistency and efficiency in tooling production.
• Oversee tooling development and commercialization timelines and ensure on‑time deliveries.
