Vivobarefoot is seeking a Retail Allocator to own stock allocation and replenishment across three stores, with 2 days per week at our Nature HQ in Wrington, Bristol. You will lead weekly retail trade planning, plan stock for openings, and collaborate with Retail, Merchandising and Operations to optimise stock, reporting on DTC channels, and driving process improvements using data and AI-powered tools.

Competenze

• Allocation experience in footwear or fashion retail is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with large data sets.
• Excellent communication across multiple stakeholders.
• High accuracy and attention to detail when checking stock and sales data.
• Enjoy improving processes and automating repetitive tasks.
• StockIQ or similar forecasting software experience is a bonus.

Mansioni

• Allocate stock to maximise store sales and meet store requirements.
• Manage stock allocations for retail with the Retail team.
• Update stock targets for individual stores.
• Monitor sales and inventory to identify improvements and optimise.
• Provide product reporting for DTC channels.
• Support Merchandising intake management across all channels.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics.
• Plan stock for new store openings.
• Support data-driven merchandising and analytics.
• Contribute to other merchandising tasks as needed.
