Job summary

Vivobarefoot is seeking a Store Manager for our Bristol store to lead a high-performing team, grow footfall, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive revenue with tailored sales strategies for an outlet environment and ensure the store stays aligned with the Vivobarefoot brand.

You will champion the circularity mission in-store, coach colleagues with feedback, and foster collaboration across our ecosystem from retail teams to HQ.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, footwear, outdoor, or wellbeing brands is a big plus.
• A natural at leading and motivating a team toward targets and great service.
• Track record of building sales strategies that actually move revenue; outlet or discount retail experience is a bonus.
• A strong communicator with customers and colleagues alike.
• Calm and professional under pressure, from customer complaints to team issues.
• You lead by example on the shop floor, not just from behind a desk.
• Comfortable juggling priorities and deadlines without dropping the ball.
• Foster stronger alignment across our ecosystem, from retail teams to HQ.
