Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator, Shoes at our London Head Office to support the Shoes Product Merchandising team. You will work under the Senior Director Product Merchandising, Shoes on collection planning, data, pricing and selling tools.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and good analytical ability, with exposure to range plans, product lifecycle and cross-functional follow-up within a luxury footwear environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in merchandising or buying within fashion/luxury.
• Understanding of range planning, target prices and margins.
• Experience using PLM or similar tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate footwear collection process from opportunity tracking to line plan updates.
• Collaborate with Retail Merchandising and Shoes Merchandising teams.
• Maintain collection information in PLM and internal systems.
• Prepare selling tools and product training materials for meetings.
• Support sales performance analysis across the shoes category.
