Soccer HQ Blackburn is seeking talented football coaches who can develop young players while delivering engaging, well-structured sessions.
You should have played football at a strong level, a solid coaching background with children, and the communication skills to connect with young players and their parents. DBS checks will be completed, and a professional attitude is essential.
About Soccer HQ
Soccer HQ is Lancashire's leading football coaching organisation, providing high-quality coaching to over 3,000 children across five centres.
Our Blackburn centre is at the heart of our organisation, delivering coaching programmes for children of all abilities, from beginners developing their fundamental skills to talented young players progressing towards professional football academies.
Our philosophy is built around three core values:
ENERGY | PASSION | DETAIL
We believe every child deserves access to outstanding football coaching, delivered by knowledgeable, passionate coaches who understand both the game and how young players develop.
As our Blackburn centre continues to grow, we're looking to recruit high-calibre football coaches with strong playing backgrounds, excellent football knowledge and a genuine passion for developing young players.
We're particularly interested in hearing from individuals who have played football at a good standard and have the knowledge, personality and coaching ability to develop the next generation of young footballers.
While a strong playing background is highly desirable, we recognise that being a good footballer doesn’t automatically make someone a good coach. The ability to communicate, educate and inspire young players is equally important.
As a Soccer HQ Blackburn coach, you'll play an important role in delivering our coaching philosophy and maintaining the high standards we've established.
Primary Location: Soccer HQ Blackburn - Pleckgate High School 3G, Blackburn.
Hours: Part-time, predominantly weekday evenings and weekends.
We have opportunities available across different age groups and coaching programmes.
We're not looking for coaches who simply turn up, put cones out and supervise football sessions.
We're looking for proper football people who understand the game, know how to coach and genuinely care about developing young players.
At Soccer HQ Blackburn, we have high expectations of our coaches because we believe the quality of coaching is what sets us apart.
We want coaches who bring energy to every session, have a passion for player development and pay attention to the small details that make a big difference.
If you've played football at a good level, have a strong understanding of the game and believe you can make a difference to young players, we'd love to hear from you.
