Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Foot Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our London engineering team. The role covers a varied portfolio of commercial and critical environments, with responsibilities in planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and site surveys.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on electrical maintenance experience, strong fault-finding skills, and a full UK driving licence. This London-based role offers variety, autonomy and long-term career progression.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance, faults and repairs across electrical and building services.
• Complete site surveys and prepare work requests, method statements and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate service records, incident reports and maintenance documentation.
• Escalate critical issues promptly and work with the Technical Services Manager to resolve root causes.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service and communicate clearly with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Available for standby, overtime and callout support when required.

Ability to read technical drawings, follow operating procedures and maintain accurate records. Full UK driving licence or the ability to travel easily between London client sites.
