About the Role

As a Trading Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver excellent standards across your department, maximize product availability, and drive sales. Your responsibilities include maintaining shop floor standards, coaching your team, ensuring merchandising and operational standards are met, and managing back-of-house areas safely and efficiently. This role offers opportunities for career development within retail.

You will work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and occasional late nights. At times, you may be responsible for the entire store, so confidence in overseeing store operations is essential.
