The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages [3/4/5] and fostering a love for Food Technology among students. This role begins September 2025.

Duties as Food Technology Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging Food Technology lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Teach students about nutrition, food preparation, and safety in the kitchen.
• Develop students' practical cooking skills and knowledge of food science.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain health and safety standards in food preparation areas.
• Contribute to the development of the Design and Technology department and extracurricular activities.

Ideal Food Technology Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Food Technology, Design and Technology, or a related subject.
• Experience teaching Food Technology at Key Stage [3/4/5] (desirable but not essential).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills as Food Technology Teacher.
• A passion for food, nutrition, and practical learning.
