Job summary

Lactalis UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Food Technologist to manage technical customer accounts, support launches, and maintain robust specifications and documentation. You will investigate complaints and ensure top food safety, quality and compliance across our dairy portfolio.

The role requires HACCP/BRC knowledge, dairy industry experience, and willingness to travel within the UK, with driving licence and strong stakeholder skills. French or Italian language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science or related discipline.
• HACCP and BRC knowledge and experience.
• Experience with retailer or foodservice specification systems.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
• Dairy industry experience.
• French or Italian language skills.
