Profiles Personnel is seeking a Food Technical & QA Supervisor to own the technical approval process for products exported overseas. You will coordinate specifications, allergens, and documentation, liaise with UK suppliers and overseas retailers, and ensure compliance before listing for sale.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience in food QA, and the ability to manage multiple product approvals simultaneously. Salary is around £40k with scope for progression.

• Strong understanding of food technical documentation and product specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple products and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage QA and technical approval processes for products supplied to overseas retailers.
• Liaise with customer QA and technical teams.
• Coordinate product specifications, questionnaires and supporting documentation.
• Review ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, labelling, shelf life and product claims.
• Work with UK manufacturers and suppliers to obtain technical information.
• Respond to and resolve technical queries.
• Track product approvals and ensure pipeline flow.
• Maintain technical records and approval trackers.
• Support international product registrations and market launches.
