Job summary

The Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical, Product & Packaging Co-ordinator to join the expanding team. You will be the technical contact for branded product lines, coordinating packaging artwork and liaising with suppliers to ensure successful launches.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Food Science and at least 1 year in a similar role, with strong knowledge of food labelling legislation and excellent project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Food Science or related subject.
• At least 1 year in a similar technical or product development role within the food industry.
• Strong understanding of food labelling legislation.
• Organised and proactive with excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and product development for branded products.
• Create and validate packaging artwork and ensure legal compliance.
• Support product launches by working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer technical queries and complaints.
• Liaise with international suppliers and Port Health where required.
• Conduct product testing, cooking validations and sensory assessments.
