Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking a Team Manager for our Food Halls to lead a welcoming, close-knit team and drive operational excellence, food safety, and exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. Job description

We're looking for a Team Manager to join our welcoming and close-knit team within Harrods' vibrant Food Halls. As a key member of the Foodhall leadership team, you'll bring the heritage of Harrods Food & Beverage to life, supporting operational excellence, food safety, financial performance and exceptional customer experiences. With a people-first approach and strong commercial focus, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering results across your department and the wider Foodhall.

Whether you've built your career in supermarkets, food retail or hospitality, you bring a strong track record of leading successful teams, delivering commercial results and maintaining high operational standards. A visible and relationship-led manager, you're at your best on the shop floor, building strong connections with colleagues and stakeholders while creating an inclusive and high-performing environment.

You will also be:
