Food Supply Coordinator Role

As a Food Supply Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively managing food product availability across Harrods Food Halls (including airport and online locations), restaurants, and kitchens. You will ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time. Success in this role will rely on maximising depot, shelf, and kitchen availability, while managing waste, creating and maintaining product-level forecasts, and driving supplier performance to meet supply chain targets.

Responsibilities
  1. Invoice Query Resolution: Ensure all invoice queries are resolved accurately and within SLA, minimizing backlog and prioritizing queries.
  2. Trouble Shipment Resolution: Resolve trouble shipments within SLA and report at supplier level for performance reporting.
  3. Order Processing: Support raising orders such as POs, STOs, Ocado, customer orders, and seasonal buys.
  4. Conversions: Complete daily conversions by deadline, communicating issues or shortages to stakeholders.
Working Arrangements

This role may be fully on-site or hybrid, with a minimum of three days on-site per week depending on business needs. For more details, see our Hybrid@Harrods policy or consult with our Talent Acquisition team.

About You
  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent multitasking, KPI management, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in PC literacy (Word, Excel, preferably SAP).
  • Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication.
  • Good time management, flexibility, and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Strong work ethic aligned with Harrods values.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
