Job summary

Noble Foods Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Specification Technologist to join our Technical team. You’ll create and manage customer product specifications, ensuring artwork, packaging and labelling comply with legal and customer requirements.

You’ll review supplier documentation, support supplier approvals, manage specification portals, and contribute to product launches, HACCP activities and internal audits, keeping data accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience using customer specification systems and portals.
• Knowledge of food labelling legislation and packaging compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer product specifications.
• Ensure artwork and packaging comply with legal and customer requirements.
