Job summary

Noble Foods Ltd is seeking a Specification Technologist to join our Technical team. You will create and maintain customer product specifications, ensuring artwork and packaging comply with legal and customer requirements, while reviewing supplier documentation and supporting supplier approvals.

You will manage customer specification portals, meet deadlines, support product launches, HACCP activities, and internal audits, and keep technical information and nutritional data accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience using customer specification systems and portals.
• Knowledge of food labeling legislation, allergens and packaging compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
