This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery of food services across multiple regions and sites.## Key Responsibilities**Vendor Relationship Management:**The Food Services Manager oversees critical vendor partnerships for employee catering services including employee dining facilities, barista coffee shops, vendor pop-ups, and hospitality services. Additionally, you'll manage ancillary service providers such as coffee machine services, vending operations, complimentary item vendors (fruit, milk, etc.), and various support services like deep cleaning.**Operational Excellence:**Working alongside onsite delivery teams, you'll ensure full EHS compliance, consistent service delivery across the portfolio, smooth mobilization of new sites, and strict adherence to IFM and client contracts. The role requires managing vendor performance through measurable KPIs and SLAs while maintaining robust reporting and budget management processes.**Strategic Relationship Building:**Develop strong partnerships with Facilities Managers, Assistant Facilities Managers, Soft/Hard Services Managers, and the EMEA Program Team.
