Job summary

Coast and Vale Learning Trust is seeking Food Service Assistants for Oundle School and Laxton Junior School, offering both part-time and full-time positions to join a friendly and welcoming catering team.

We aim to provide a high standard of service to pupils, staff and visitors, with shifts ranging from early morning to early evening (07:00–20:30). The role offers clear career progression within the trust and a supportive working environment.

The Role

Food Service Assistants play an essential role within the School, providing a high standard of catering service for pupils, staff, and visitors to the school. We are currently offering various part-time and full-time opportunities to join our friendly and welcoming team.

Hours of Work

We offer a range of shift patterns to help suit your lifestyle, family and other needs, including:

40 hours per week

40 hours per week, working to a two-week rota including weekends, split and evening shifts. The shifts are between 07:00 - 20:30.

20 hours per week

20 hours per week, working a two-week rota to include working weekends and evening shifts only (weekend shifts to be between 07:00 - 20:30 and evenings 18:30 - 20:30).
