Job summary

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Food Service Assistant to join our team working at Sparsholt College, SO21 2NF. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all employees to share this commitment.

Roles include service of food and beverages, general duties, and maintaining hygiene to Aramark standards. Permanent, Monday to Friday positions with free meals on shift and free parking.

Qualifications

• Previous catering experience preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark.
• Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
• Preparation of service area and/or service points.
• Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations always.
• To always present an image conducive to good customer relations.
• Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy.
• Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s equal opportunity policy.
